Our room didn't work with their keying system so anytime we needed to enter our room, a staff member had to come and let us in with a physical key. The towels all had brown spots on them. When we arrived the tub had 6" of standing water in it from a leaky faucet so showering was out of the question. Breakfast was fabulous, staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't another room to move to.

At first glance, this was a simple, clean property. That's all I needed for this stay. The room was spacious. However, there were problems that were more about attention to detail than anything else--and that is a management issue. First of all, the TV remote in the living area of my suite did not work. It was late and I decided to just scroll on my phone. The toilet bowl is broken and looks as if the porcelain was glued back together. This morning I discovered two dirty towels that were hanging on the back of the bathroom door. This morning, I went down for breakfast at 9:15 and there was very little food. Breakfast is scheduled until 10am. No hot items. Only waffle mix, some slices of bread, and one bagel. There was dry cereal and packages of oatmeal. But again, the tray that had eggs and sausages was empty. No yogurt. No muffins. And very weak coffee. I told the manager about the towels and the toilet on checkout and he indicated that the property is scheduled for a complete remodel and seemed relieved about that.
