I was charged twice for the stay. When I checked in, I told them that I had booked and paid for it already on the Expedia app, but I guess they decided to go ahead and charge me again, regardless. Very upset will not be going back to this establishment again when I checked out and told them that I had noticed the charge, the associate at the counter said there was nothing he could do about it, and that a manager would reach out to me later. I have yet to hear from this manager.
