First room assigned had electrical wiring exposed and nuts and screws on floor. Tapping noise coming from ceiling. Bathroom was missing a shower head? Perhaps this was a mistake but bags were delivered and it wasn’t until we reached room and began looking around that we contacted front desk to be re-assigned. Grateful for a Second room availability on different floor with clean room including shower head! We had also booked a suite directly thru hotel with no issues.

Spa nice, restaurant nice. Conveniently located. Valet damaged our vehicle pretty badly, but the valet company took care of it. Hotel manager offered free nights and to take off some hotel charges in a meal, but it never happened.

Front desk and capitol restaurant staff were very friendly, also surprised my wife and I with a cheesecake, a rose and glass of champagne for our 34th wedding anniversary.
