I booked the hotel with high expectations based on the photos. Embassy Suites are almost always wonderful hotels. This one was the worst I've ever stayed at. There were only two working elevators, it was very warm in the hotel, the breakfast was not very good, and the staff that checked us in had an awful attitude. The staff at checkout was much better but overall it was a very disappointing experience.
