I had booked this room several months out. I got a decent price and it was close to the Arena for the Fever game. I was on my way and couldnโt get to my phone. They called and cancelled my reservation. They said my ccard had been denied. That was a lie. I had used the same card earlier in the day and used the same card to book a room elsewhere after they cancelled. I think they did it on purpose to sell the room at a higher price. Even if not, bad bad service. I wonโt use Homewood ever again and tell everyone I know what happened. Words cannot tell how upsetting this was.
