Pool and hot tub is not very clean. We booked through Expedia and were charged at the time of booking and charges again upon arrival to the hotel. So we paid double for one stay and we’re told to contact Expedia to only lead to no resolution and double payment

There was no hot water in the bathrooms. Showers were cold only. Right on highway and have interstate trucks under your window all night.

Nice big room but loud with the interstate right outside the window. Workout room was small and very limited. Staff was super nice.

One of our favorite places to stay
This hotel is one of our favorites due to the service and the toom cleanliness. The hot breakfast has lots of options as well. While under some renovation and updating, it has been consistently focused on the customer experience - just awesome!

Wonderful hotel. Air didn’t work in second bedroom. No electricity in second bedroom. Easily accommodated. Need upgrade in rooms.

I felt like I was in a Pet Motel!
The front desk staff were amazing! Very kind and courteous. The main problem was the smell of dog that permeates the bedding, floor etc. We are aware of your pet-friendly policy but it should not be at the expense of paying guest. The breakfast was lack luster, especially the oatmeal. Very disappointing for the Hilton brand.

Pre paid for room. My friend arrived before me and they said room wasn’t paid for and charged him …so charged twice. Pipe must have burst middle of night so fire alarm going off … ceiling had collapsed in hallway. All this resulted in no hot water in the morning. I know this was an unforeseen circumstance but very inconvenient

Had tried to request early check in prior to the trip and was told to communicate with the hotel. Tried again on the day via chat and then direct call and was informed that no rooms at all were ready and that the desk was waiting for a list from housekeeping. Eventually able to check in AFTER official check in time, others were also waiting in the lobby past check in time due to the list not having been received!!! We booked as we had been previously impressed but now feel inclined to try elsewhere next time. Room smelled musty and none of the dresser drawers would stay shut which meant having to avoid walking into the open drawers taking up space at the end of the bed!

The only complaint I had was the pool area. It was cold in the room and the hot tub had a light that was out of its spot in the water making a bit sketchy to get in. If they could get that area fixed up I would have given all excellent bc the staff and all the other areas were just amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. The food was good and so was the coffee.

Excellent front desk help. They solved a simple TV remote issue immediately, despite having an entire hotel full of soccer families staying there and checking in, etc. Very clean, and was a nice change to have housekeeping included with all fresh towels daily and bed made, trash out, dishes washed, and more. This is the first hotel in a while I’ve stayed at that actually provided housekeeping, and at the full service level. Very unexpected and appreciated. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Best hotel I stayed at in Indianapolis so far!
It was wonderful! Kennedy at the front desk was very sweet and professional. She made sure we were confortable. The rooms were very clean and believe me when I say that, I’m very picky about cleanliness. We booked a suite and a was perfect for our family. It was home away from home literally. Everything was perfect. I would recommend to family and friends and will definitely come back!

Sadly, this Homewood suites is not what it used to be. You have to request to have your room cleaned 24 hours in advance. The elevator and hallway paper is beginning to peel and look dirty. The room was fairly clean when we arrived. Staff was friendly, but it just isn’t what it used to be in the way of the nice hotel. However, it wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t stay again since there are not a lot of good options these days

Cleanest Hotel I've stayed at in a WHILE
Staff at front desk were super friendly and made the effort to get to know myself and the people we were traveling with for our stay. The hotel was clean and the suite we booked was really spacious. We went to the continental breakfast and that was really tasty as well! Would 10/10 book here again!
