I've stayed here twice now and love this place. The staff are wonderful – always friendly and hardworking. The location feels very safe and is incredibly convenient. Plus, the famous Mucky Duck bar is just a short two-minute walk away.

I'm a repeat guest, having stayed here twice because I genuinely enjoy it. The staff are great – friendly and diligent. The location offers both safety and convenience. And for those interested, Mucky Duck bar is literally just a two-minute walk down the street. 😉

Fantastic Staff and a Surprise View, Steps from Fun! The team here are friendly and hardworking people. Incredibly smart, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive! I was pleasantly surprised by a lovely view from my room. Plus, you can't beat the location – the famous Mucky Duck Bar, a great spot for sports and a lively atmosphere, is just a 2-minute walk away. A great stay with excellent service and convenient perks! Great Value

It was amazing... Me and my best friend just needed a night away from everyone... The eve/night front desk receptionist JOANIE was wonderful... So friendly... I would recommend this hotel to anyone... JOANIE IS AWESOME ... So is the rest of the staff Ms.Dee as well...

A little hope that customer service is still alive

You know stay that a lot of Motel 6s and this one is a little different than the others and I'll tell you what makes it different is the staff. The staff there is amazing. Every time I go there they remember who I am remember my service animal they just make me have a little hope that customer service isn't totally dead. A lot of Motel 6s just because they're a little on the inexpensive side a lot of the people running the front desk treat everybody that walks through the door like some transient. You'll never feel like that here you walk through that door and they make you feel like you just walked into the Hilton. Good enough for the price!

The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores. There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building. For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children.

our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. I inquired what they use to spray that made it so fresh. I was told each house keeper uses their own freshener and the front desk had no idea what was used for ours. The front desk managers were very friendly and courteous. Even though we checked in early they got our room ready in a very short time period. I will use this motel again

Rough stay

No smoke detector was off wall door was coming off hinges u can see n the hallway comforter was dirty blanket was smelly on other bed. Put request in twice or maybe 3 X and maintenance man had an emergency and I never seen a maintenance man was there for over a week. Hallway smelly from ppls dogs and how some ppl live. Most staff was decent. When washer or dryer was running I can feel in my room like what’s going on! Whew! They tried to make it smell n look good I can give them that! Bathroom mirror dirty with kids handprints. No back to remote!!!

Location was great, very close to lots of dining and easy access to all the major highways. The room was clean, but in poor repair. The toilet was unstable due to missing bolts. And I had to take the top off the tank to make it stop running every time I flushed. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations and dogs barking from other rooms. The staff was very nice, but my door key had to be reprogrammed multiple times.

Definitely get what you (don’t) pay for. Room was simple and pretty clean but the hallway and common areas stunk! Bed wasn’t too comfortable. Other guests were loud well into the night. Only stayed here to save some $ on a one night stay for kids soccer game.

Hotel staff very nice. Room was very basic. No where to hang cloths or coat. No coffee in room and only chairs to sit in were hard wooden school like. Heating unit was extremely noisy. Was not able to sleep much.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and considerate towards my familys needs and wants. Hotel is bare absolute minimum. As basic as it gets. Could up the accommodations for the price it costs. Maybe put blow dryers in rooms or offer breakfast. Have a seating area in the lobby. Lots of peoples with dogs. Never been to a hotel with this many dogs before ever. Second floor smelled really bad. I couldnt even discribe the smell. Nice area with nice restaurants surrounding front of hotel. Its a 2-3 for me.

About as expected for price, weed smell aside.

Needed an economical bare-bones room for the weekend. This met that criteria. Room was clean and staff was great when we saw them. Two problems though. The first, it was very noisy with loud guests up and down all night, slamming doors and talking loudly. Thin walls and lots of outside noise from parking lot. Secondly and the biggest problem in my opinion, the overpowering smell of weed through the floor and elevator. You get a contact high just walking down the hall and riding the elevator. It was bad, no clue how staff didnt notice it. As long as you stayed in your room it wasnt too bad but everything reeked a little more each time you opened the door to come and go.

Poor facilities and loud dogs

Staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Location is convenient. The facility itself is in poor condition. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was worn out with a huge dip that caused me to roll toward the side of the bed. It was hard on my back. The room was consistently humid and smelled of mildew. The room looked clean on the surface, but I sanitized all the surfaces myself to be sure. The shower curtain didn't fit the shower, so it was a fight to keep it closed while showering so the floor didn't get soaked. The shower curtain bar had been repaired, but no one bothered to fix the paint, leaving it with an uncared for appearance. The toilet stool seat and lid were broken and loose. Worst of all, there were lots of dogs (including big dogs) in the hotel that barked incessantly, especially late at night. It was difficult to sleep or even watch TV from all the noise. There were always strange folks hanging around outside in the parking lot.
