The staff at this hotel were great! Very friendly, competent! The bed & pillows were comfortable. My son did not want to swim in the pool because it did not look clean. The water for my shower never got hot, then 2 minutes into my shower it cooled down even more. Overall, this hotel served it's purpose for a one night stay.

cold shower

the room was super as far as comfort and cleanliness. no issues. lots of working personnel staying. short on management personnel as 1 manager was all I saw and he was swamped trying to wash the previous nights linens and towesl (he said) which was his answer to why there was no Hot water for a shower from 4:00pm-about 9:30pm. so I had a Luke warm shower. that's unacceptable.

I won’t stay here again

The outside of the inn was dirty and there was no place to park near the front. The hall carpets were sticky. The room was clean, but there were stains on the duvet/bedspread. There was no hair water neither in the evening, nor in the morning. When I told the manager on duty this, he said it was because they were running the washers and other guests were showering.

Alright for one night stay

We stayed for one night, when we check in the gentleman was wearing a cut off short not very friendly. Room was clean but water temperature in the shower would keep goong back hot and cold.

Exterior at entrance was bad enough that I initially thought the place was closed. Check in was smooth. Room was fairly clean with a desk chair that looked like a garage sale throw away. Plenty of hair (not mine) in the shower and the shower ran out of hot water during a normal length shower.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was a joke. Water dripped from tub faucet constantly. Payed twice as much for Saturday as Sunday. Back door to the building had no latch. Good cold AC and hot water.

The staff was very rude. I had one good experience with staff my whole stay. Get your coffee early cause if not they don’t re fill apparently. The rooms were nice and clean. The facility was clean. There were people hanging around in the parking lot making it feel unsafe to bring in our things and try and ease my mind that my car was safe.

The property was fine, the staff was excellent! Only minor complaint, the pool water was too cold for me, but my daughter had no problem( although she did say it was cols too)! Just don't book through Expedia. They must have some new policy that no longer allows you to cancel ANY reservation..well, I guess you can cancel but they won't give you any refund!!

Honest Opinion

Well it was a decent place and nice location. Right off of I65, plenty of gas stations, few restaurants etc. service was decent , no complaints. I hear the breakfast is pretty decent but we over slept for that. My only complaints are overall cleanliness if the room, and i did kill one roach. There was a damp maybe mildew odor to the room as well. Other than that not bad of a place

The hotel was decent overall. The staff was very friendly. The hot water didn’t really work. I told the front desk and they said let it run for 15-20 minutes due to “renovations”. After 20 minutes, the water was warm enough to shower, but definitely not hot. The breakfast included a waffle maker, oatmeal, yogurt, and bagels. I was hoping for a little more. Luckily, the hotel shared a parking lot with Waffle House. The pool was pretty small, but I did like that it was saltwater.

My specific room was fairly nice, but the hotel overall was very outdated. I had to wait for about 10 minutes to be checked in. That was after I rang the bell. The person who checked me in was a guy wearing a gray “wifebeater” tank with no name tag or anything. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I will most likely go to a nearby fast food place to get some breakfast. Overnight, the room was comfortable and quiet though.

Needs a lot of repair. Wallpaper was stapled to the wall to repair peeling. Ceiling was peeling in room and bathroom. Drapes were falling out of the wall. Staff were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Room was clean and we received housekeeping service every day.

Staff friendly. Bed clean. Bathroom clean. Very little warm water. Faculty falling apart. Ceiling peeling in bathroom, vent rusty, toilet seat broken in the 1sr room, loose in the 2nd, light shade broken, curtain torn, hallway dirty, entrance dirty and tiles broken and cracked. It you want a cheap room, this is it. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, it is not.
