Main desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Upgrading of facilities is obvious in some areas but needs a little work in others. I would stay again.

We had several holes in the wall, dirty bedding, bugs, and very stained towels. Our fridge did not work. There was also a domestic dispute in the room across from us. The staff was friendly and it housed us for the night like we needed it to.

They charged us $20 for our small dog, even though we prepaid for the room. They were rude to my husband and they didn’t refund our total deposit, even though we left the room clean and in great condition.

Location was fine, and felt safe. Otherwise, it's what you would expect in terms of lots of broken/out-of-order things and fairly dirty. The "free breakfast" was a box of cereal. They take a $5 credit card fee from your deposit, so you won't receive your whole deposit back; and at least in my case, they failed to alert me of this before they charged it.

There was no hot water in a chilly winter. And the hotel wanted a $125 security deposit which had a $5 transaction fee. Room was clean noise free though.

Ok place to say, excellent service

This was a cheap place to stay overnight on a longer road trip. They do have a mandatory room deposit upon checking in. We checked in pretty late (11:30) and were initially given a room that hadn't been cleaned. When we went back to reception the attendant was very apologetic and friendly and quickly got us a new room. The same attendant was still on duty when we left in the morning and again apologized for the inconvenience. The room was clean and the beds weren't uncomfortable.

Mostly clean, friendly staff and coffee was better than most places. Frustrating that they charged a different rate than what we booked through Expedia. We booked at 64$ a night and were charged 189$ per a night! So that’s frustrating.
