Booked through Expedia. My flight was to get in after 1 am, so I called the hotel to let them know. The guy made a note of my expected arrival time of 2 am. When I arrived, they had marked me as a no-show and given away my room. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but it was the middle of the night and I had nowhere to sleep.

I had a hard time getting checked in since the desk was closed. It took appx 20 to reach someone by phone to finally get an associate to the front desk.

Dirty, smelt awful in the hallways, poor service, feels unsafe. Bed sheets were hairy with crumbs, floor was sticky by the bed, not a clean room. Don’t stay here. Needs to be shut down.

No staff, phones didn’t work to get ahold of anyone to get checked in after 10 pm, no amenities, 2 towels for 4 on the reservation, floors weren’t clean, hotel had a stale smoke smell. Called to speak to GM & never received a call back. Card was charged prior to check in, and attendant said “your card was charged for late check in.” What does that even mean, it’s a hotel. Cannot get a receipt of what I was charged for, no call back, highly disappointed is an understatement.

Moldy rooms and ridiculously bad customer service. Watch for the older woman with spectacles. Embarrassingly rude. Made me pay for an extra night when I wasn't even staying. (I had to retrieve my belongings.) She doesn't belong in the hospitality business.
