"Quick overnight stop on the way down the M6. Chosen because they have an EV charger and accept dogs, albeit for a £30 surcharge. Bit cheesed off at having to pay £12 for parking though. Room very nice and a good breakfast. Would stay again if passing"

"As I was only staying 2 nights the room was fine but any longer and I'd have asked to change room, as very noisy overlooking main road. One of the security cables on window had been cut, so window could be opened wide! I was in a room with twin beds….only one had clean bed linen on. Bit disappointed with starkness of the room but not bad for price."

"We stayed here just as a stop over and it was a very small and low double bed in a huge room. It wasnt the cleanest so I was glad I had slippers with me. Shower ceiling was too low for a 6'2 person so my partner had to crouch. The main parts of the hotel looked nice on arrival, but we didnt make use of it. Nice and quiet despite the location."

"Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back to apartment to find it had not been serviced as promised in Information however on checking phone I had received WhatsApp message at 9.30 am asking if we wanted towels or robes replacing. As I only read this at 5pm it was too late so sorry marked Communication and cleanliness down for that. On leaving following day asked if we could leave car parked until after 11 am which was arranged. Overall a nice pleasant stay in good accommodation although our overall feeling was it was slightly overpriced. Excellent City centre location though."
