No frills but the rooms have all that you need for a comfortable stay. The views are spectacular and the location is very peaceful. Lots of room for our toddler to run around which was a plus.

This motel consists of small cottages. Most are overlooking the ocean across the street which is very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The cottages are well maintained and clean. They are fully self contained and high is nice as you can make your own meals. A Freshmart is conveniently located nearby. The owner was extremely accommodating….due to a bad storm that hit Cape Breton, we arrived a couple hours before check in time. No one was there but the owner was called in and she let us check in no problem.

We were comfortable. An adequate experience. Sink leaked and the kitchen was poorly equipped…for example, we were unable to open a can bc the can opener didn’t work. Office was closed.

First off, these are NOT cottages. A quick look online would have shown me that they call what we booked a cottage, but it is clearly a motel unit-an expensive enough one at that. It is neat enough inside but not what I thought we were booking by a long shot. The bed was extremely comfortable though! Great place to lay your head for a night or two if you are passing through, just not what we thought we were booking.

Loved staying at the Seabreeze. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and our family enjoyed the firepit on the premise. The location was great with a nice view of the water and close to the harbour for buying lobster from the wharf and walking distance to the periwinkle cafe and the goat farm. Each unit has its own outdoor sitting space and bbq and a shared picnic table per two units. I would recommend.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The windows were dirty and the floor uneven and soft. It was very small, 2 wooden chairs not too comfortable. I had to wash the outside chairs because they were way too dirty to sit there. All in all way to expensive for what we got.
