"Toilet Paper Roll Bracket was not attached to the Bathroom Wall. Queen Bed was Terribly Soft and Very Difficult to get rest on. Refrigerator footing was off center and rocked when opened. Smoke Alarm next to Bathroom Door Blinked every ~ 10 Seconds or so 24/7 which made it difficult to sleep if you were facing it. Smoke Alarm above Queen Bed went Off in and around 12:00 A.M. Midnight when Heat was On warming Room up."

"Very friendly, accommodating staff, as well as a well-kept, clean, and comfortable room. Delightful breakfast and lobby area. I would like to have more fruit available for breakfast, and whole grain bread and bagels. That said, I think the selections were ample for guests on the SAD (standard American diet) and probably appropriate for most hotel clientele. We prefer healthier choices that serve a WFPB eating regimen (whole-food, plant-based). We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again on future visits to Olympia."

"We had a very bad snowstorm in western Washington last Friday. Our event in Shelton was cancelled due to the dangerous road conditions. Super 8 refused to give me a refund or apply my reservation to a future stay. $140 wasted. Very frustrating, I had NO CONTROL over the weather!"

"Needed an overnight near Shelton and this fit the bill perfectly. Stunning views, clean, little kitchenette and remodeled. Some street noise but did not notice it over night. I would stay here again. "
