โGreat location, completely walkable and great view on the veranda. The upper floors are only accessible by stairs so Iโd likely request a room away from the stairs next time. From our room, we heard guests running up and down the stairs. โ
โI didnt like that there was no elevator. I am in my 60's. I was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Loved everything else...I will return. Hopefully to an elevator. โ
โEverything was great except the 3rd floor walk up the stairs to the room. They were steep and narrow but the staff person helped get bags up to the room. Busy corner near everything in the center of Oak Bluffs and Circuit St. would definitely stay again just not the top floor!โ
โHad a wonderful stay in Martha's Vineyard at the Franklin Hotel! We were fortunate enough to be able to book the back cottage, which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was a free standing building behind the main building that was tastefully decorated both inside and out. The whole complex had lovely landscaping and appeared to be well maintained, although we did have a small issue securing the back door lock after stepping out onto the tiny back porch area of the cottage. โIt was in the middle of town convenient to all the shops and restaurants and the free bus route. We loved the breakfast that was included and the beach chairs and towels that were offered when we went to beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time on the Island and we can't wait to return!โ
โFantastic location right in the heart of Edgartown. Beautiful views of the harbor. Rooms were clean and fresh and the common spaces and pool were great. Staff was lovely and friendly. We would stay at the Harborside again. โ
โLoved the classic vibe of the hotel overall. The restaurant is excellent. The location is just far enough yet close enough to the heart of town. And they shuttle to town if you donโt want to walk.โ
