Great day to watch the cows come home! Surrounded by beauty everywhere, cozy hotel with excellent staff to take care of us. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Nice pool with Jacuzzi sauna steam room downstairs made for a nice relaxing two nights. Phenomenal. Especially breakfast!!

Verouderd hotel, voor de prijs die je betaald geen koffie thee op de kamer, geen airco. Ze hebben om 15u taartjes met koffie 15€ pp (je zou denken dat het erbij in zit, andere hotels in de buurt doen dat wel) langs drukke weg. Zwembad veel kinderen daardoor klein en heel druk. Prijsverhouding veel te duur. €500,00 betaald 2 nachten, 2 personen en 1 hond.

Unser Aufenthalt (ohne Kinder) war rundherum gelungen. Sehr saubere Zimmer, tolle Lage für Unternehmungen sowie ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett. Nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung fühlten wir uns in dem Wellnessbereich sehr wohl und konnten entspannen. Der Service und das Personal waren vom Einchecken bis zur Abreise immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Fantastiskt familjärt och trevligt hotell. Trevliga rum. Bra frukost. Man fick fin info kring skidbussar. Lite synd att receptionen stängde så tidigt då man kanske ville hänga lite efter middagarna.

A great location for your wintersport activities

Nice location close to Innsbruck, access to Stubai Glacier in 15 minutes. The welcome was very warm, and the spa section a great addition after a day of skiing. 23 rooms in total means that you feel taken care of very quickly.

Great Hotel in Neustift

Very well equipped typically Austrian Hotel with a decent breakfast and very attentive staff. Pool is small but well maintained and Sauna is great. Location is excellent and plenty of free parking.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, frisch und lecker. Es gab viele verschiedene Brote, Kuchen, Müesli, Fleisch, Käse, Lachs. Neben diversen Fruchtsäften, konnte man frische Gemüsesäfte mit einem Entsafter selber zubereiten. Sogar Champagner konnte man zum Frühstück trinken :)

Good base, however close to a main road

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Dinner is served at sister hotel and set menu was very good. My only negative about the hotel is the proximity to then main road which can be noisy.

Nice but not value for Money

The room was very large and clean, however for the cost it was very outdated and tired. The breakfast was sweet and a lot of effort went into making the tables looks lovely, a great selection of breads, but very basic otherwise. The pool was a huge plus, as was the ski room for all our equipment, very well organised, but still over all I feel we paid 5 star prices for a 3 star hotel. There was also no dinner and we had to trek out after a hard day skiing to find dinner.

Avevamo scelto un offerta su booking, ma alla fine arrivati all'hotel ci hanno dirottato in un altro lì vicino...la camera molto piccola ma confortevole...avevamo prenotato camera con balcone vista monte ma ci hanno dato una camera in mansarda con finestra sul tetto è molto più piccola. Nessuno sconto.

Super Hotel - Klasse Hotel Team ! DANKE !

Wir haben das Hotel (weniger als 12 Stunden vor Reiseantritt) gebucht. Das Hotel lag zentral im Stubaital. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und man hat uns auch sogar die Zimmer vor der geplanten Uhrzeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer waren riesig - eigentlich für 4 Personen , aber Expedia hat uns diese Zimmer auch als Alleinnutzung angeboten. Unsere beiden Zimmer hatten Balkone und man hatte einen herrlichen Blick. Täglich wurde das Zimmer sauber gemacht und obwohl es nicht nötig war - hat uns die Reinigungskraft jeden Tag neue Handtücher rausgelegt. Das Hallenbad , die Sauna sowie Freizeitartikel (Wanderstöcke usw.) oder das WLAN konnten wir kostenlos nutzen. Als Highlight hat man uns die Stubaital-Karte gegeben. Mit der konnte man sehr viele Freizeitaktivitäten bzw. Touristenaktraktionen kostenlos nutzen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war super - sehr freundliche Servicekräfte. Das Hotel ist im Familienbesitz, das konnte man durch die freundliche und herzliche Betreuung erkennen. Man war keine Zimmernummer.
