"Breakfast buffet was ok. Dinner buffet was poor. Bathroom - shower area drain was clogged so water accumulated while showering. Shower itself was poor - if you wanted hot water you had to sacrifice water pressure. Staff was polite and responsive. Room was comfortable. Would have been useful if electrical outlets supported western style plugs as well. "

"First night was great sleep. Second night was every 2 hours noise of people shouting and talking corridor and saying bye and hello to each other apparently this place gets filled with wedding reception due to venues nearby I asked reception to control noise and they did help but sleep was gone Room is clean , duvers are clean but towels were a bit weary and smelly/oily Food was ok. "The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful. The bed and pillow were super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed on my trip. The food at the breakfast as well as the restaurant (which included a limited menu 24/7 for room service) was excellent. The airport shuttle/taxi was on time and a very kind, friendly gentleman was my driver. I didn’t understand the directions to meet with him at the airport but he and the hotel waited for me until I could figure it out. (My phone died and I was quite tired.) First time at Mumbai! The hotel was clean and secure."
