โWe are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days.
On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
โNo complaints, only praise. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub nice break from heat. Felt safe to park car. Breakfast was filling (only one suggestion would be eggs). โ
โIt was clean, convenient to stay in the accommodation where I stayed during my family trip for the past week, the facilities were pleasant, and the Ajim meal was delicious. I'm willing to tie it back. โ
