โOur stay at Zero George was perfect. Loved the location, and the service was impeccable. Two nights felt like four. We hope to stay again next year. โ
โA very enjoyable stay. Property was well kept, rooms comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very close to all the sights in downtown and the French Quarter. โ
โWe absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The mansion is beautiful with so much history and our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The bath was wonderful especially with a fireplace right there. We ate at the restaurant which was incredible- had the two tasting menus which was so fun and highly recommended. Parking is a breeze. But would have to say the best part was the lovely gentleman that checked us in as heโs a gem! Would highly recommend staying at...
โOne of the best hotel stays weโve experienced. From the beautiful room, roof top bar, coffee and tea offering in the mornings, and the car service they offeredโwe could not have been more pleased. We hope to stay there again in the future!โ
โWe loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is โfreeโ offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I...
โLoved the exposed brick throughout the property, in their various sitting areas and in our room itself. The Restoration had character with multiple areas to congregate. Their โlibraryโ offered wine and cheese with music in the background from a record player! The host who greeted us in the library was very personable and conversational. Our room was a suite with balcony and full kitchen. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and the couch in the sitting area was very comfortable. This hotel...
โa nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying.
To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all.
No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...
โWhat a beautiful property! The lobby smells wonderful, like a Disney resort for those of you who understand. The staff were exemplary! We were absolutely well taken care of. We would absolutely return! 10/10!
The staff walked us up to our room and gave us a full tour, explaining everything. The patisserie was excellent as well! The hotel has complimentary umbrellas by the front door, which comes in handy for a pop up shower and some shade! The hotel was very conveniently located, within walking...
โThe Emeline is located right in the heart of town but is very quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. The room was huge and had a comfortable sitting area in addition to the bedroom. The hotel is well managed and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. โ
โSuch a cool old hotelโฆ comfortable room, lovely continental breakfast in the beautiful lobby each morning, and the area is walking distance to everything you want to see in Charleston.โ
โIris hotel at Charleston was great. I only stayed 1 night with my family. It was clean & have everything. Receptionist Savannah was nice & friendly. โ
