"Room was amazing"

"Staff was fantastic, Room was great , pools bar property in general was like a resort loved it !! Only issue I am sure will get resolved is I used credit card for everything and didn’t want any charges to room. Kinda shocked when $277.00 was charged to room for food yet credit card was charged. So waiting for everything to clear. Contacted resort apparently accounting is looking into it. No call back yet.Absolutely will return and have another fun time!!!"

"Such a great property if you are going to Universal for fun in the sun. I loved the pool, the Starbucks inside is a great and convenient place to get some snacks and drinks, the hotel had wonderful staff who were very friendly and helpful! The bus rides to and from Universal are easy and convenient. I would highly recommend the stay! "

"The room was clean and the staff were wonderful. However what made this resort excellent are the amenities offered. The pool area was ideal for celebrating my daughter’s 6th birthday. She had a blast and she so happy therefore I was ecstatic. Loved this resort and I will be back and tell others about it! Thank you 😍"
