"Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."

The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."

"My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. I extended my stay for a 3rd night and was upgraded to a double room, which was more spacious. Rooms are very clean, quiet, water pressure is wonderful. I did not get to try the restaurant Il Giotto, but it seemed like a good bet. "

"It was close to everything. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel rooms could use a bit of renovation. The lobby doesn't represent the rooms. The A/C doesn't cool. We ended up opening the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful "

"Firstly, I would like to say that the man at the front desk was nice, but communication prior to my arrival was dreadful! I wanted to amend my booking within 8hrs of booking it, and was given the run around!!! I ended up paying for a supposedly bigger room which was the same size as the supposed smaller room, it just had an extra bed squashed in there that made it feel very small and not even big enough to accommodate three people let alone five! The breakfast was good and so was the location, so it’s a shame the customer service and the overpriced room size was a huge letdown!! The restaurant at the entrance is highly recommended! We ate there several times it was so good!!"

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time here. "
