"Overall, we really liked this hotel. It was across the street from main street downtown (several businesses closed on Mondays in the summer at least) and just a few blocks from both campuses of Clarkson University. There is also a nice city park adjacent to the hotel that was a good place for the kids to burn off some energy. Our stay was tainted by a power outage in the middle of the night. There are (loud) emergency sirens that woke us up, then the incident left us without power until the morning. That also delayed the availability of breakfast. Not a great way to start the day, but out of the hotel's control."
