“The staff was very accommodating, however, they were very limited in what they could do. Management problems, I'm sure. Water in shower did not work, toilet running all night. The walls were paper thin. Appearance was fantastic, but under that, plumbing was old, windows were falling apart. Very poor customer service, no fault to employees, management once again. Would not recommend Snow River Mountain Resort. Will not be booking there ever!”

“Felt safe, friendly staff. There was a tv, but small. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, it was minimal mostly packaged goods no cooked food. Good place if you are just passing through”

“Great place to stay. The staff was nice and helpful and the view was breathtaking. Heads up - even though they mention breakfast it's only during the winter season.”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...

“Not friendly staff, owner cheated me when he knew I did not had booking at his place, they switched me with another person with same family name”
