“I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication.”

“DIRTY! This unit was dirty in many different areas, like several dead bugs in the corners, dried food in the stove and the refrigerator had a spoiled odor. Also the unit had a stale odor to it. Since . This made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax during my visit. I tried to resolve with Red Awning, but their communication is slow. I recommend that the host ensure a thorough cleaning before guests arrive.”
