"What a great location for the town of Holland! It seemed like excursions were 12 minutes or less away by car, while there is TONS going on right around in walking distance.
The room was lovely! I did like how there was a balcony there, even though I didn’t utilize it because of my “respect for heights”. :) well I did use it, I would lay my swimsuit out and stuff like that.
The hotel bar was nice, and so is the option to utilize the one attached to the hotel! It was nice to get a beverage from there for swimming.
The staff was kind with every silly question.
The adult only hours at the pool and hottub are taken serious, which is nice. And the staff is kind about it, they give a little bit of a grace And will advise parents that the children needs to head out, and enforce it, which is just a breath of fresh air. There were no unruly children there, but it was nice to be able to talk or visit freely without worrying about kids. And the adult only time is pretty extended! It’s not like 45 minutes or an hour. I think it’s like two hours! So that was nice being able to go out and about and still coming back and being able to get in the pool without it being closed during the week in the late evening! The hot tub is very lovely, it’s an indoor outdoor hot tub so not just a little one. When you do a walk by don’t be old, there is a wall there, but there’s a swim through door to take you outside! And there’s a little sitting area out there that’s private, too.
