Great hotel for a one night stopover. Located just over the spanish border off the motorway. Super friendly staff. Excellent with dogs. They gave our dogs a toy at check in. Good food served. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Great place to spend the night after a really long day. Thank goodness for the bar!😉 Staff was friendly and welcoming, accommodations were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend if traveling through the area.

Overall a good stay with friendly staff who were very helpful. Pet friendly. Only negative was the aircon did work properly, set it be cold and only hot air was coming out. Slept with the window open all night in the end, due to the room being so not.

2 nights stay. Its a transit/stop over hotel. Its a minimalist hotel, with good front desk staff. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good size, clean and bathroom was good. One major complaint would be the AC, ineffective, seems a common complaint with this hotel. Supermarket next door, less than 5 minutes walk, which is a plus.

All was good. As expected. Food was nice in the evening. All freshly cooked. Only issue was the AC that was not efficient. Got quite hot overnight. We are back there in a few days so we will see if it was just our room.

Booked a 3 night stay arriving late in evening. Kitchen still open at 10pm, appreciate that! Had to check out a day early due to French train strikes. This hotel mainly caters to customers with vehicles but is close to 2 local train stops 3 minutes walk away.

Easy on-site secure parking. Quck & efficient check in. Comfortable spacious room enabled a good nights sleep after a long drive. Adequate selection of food & drink from the dinner menu at a realistic price. Breakfast buffet was good howerever no hot food. The staff performed as a great team and all were very pleasant with so many genuine smiles.🙂 A very reasonably priced fuel station right next door when exiting the hotel car park. Would stay again. Thank you Ibis.

Ibis Irun baisse de niveau.... 2 maigres serviettes de bain, pas de petites. Pas chauffage, alors qu'il fait encore froid. En demandant, l'accueil m'a fourni un chauffage d'appoint. Je les remercie. Les prix sont bien élevés par rapport à la qualité de cet hôtel, bref, plus aussi accueillant qu'avant.

Séjour de 2 nuits, heureusement, car chambre assez exigüe. Espace placard trop petit, bouton de la lumière de la salle de bain mal placé par rapport à l'ouverture de la porte, fenêtre non pratique à l'ouverture et la fermeture. Réservation chambre fumeur non respecté.
