"We arrived at Embassy suites hotel in Las Colinas, Dallas, Texas on March 7, 2026. it is a fairly new hotel. Everything was going good at the receptionist desk. We went into the room. The room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised. But then after settling in, the TV in the living room was not working had to wait for maintenance to bring another remote. It wasn’t just the batteries. They had to get a whole different remote control..went down to the pool to swim very cloudy water needed chlorine. We didn’t want to get in the pool so we went back up to the room to eat dinner in the room The room was getting hot and hotter. Try to reset the thermostat but the room temperature would not change . It was a cool day, but the temperature was too high. Finally decided to call Front Desk but the maintenance guy had gone home for the day. Guess it was around 7 PM. eventually, Front Desk came up to the room to check it out. My friend was feeling sick We told her it was too hot to stay in the room. She decided to move us to another room and we asked for some kind of compensation for the inconveniences so she did work it out with us. We got a free night stay at Embassy suite and the second room was very comfortable "

"It was an overall good experience here. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was yummy. Our room backed up to the freeway, and it still had a vent unit on the wall even though they had central heat/air, so we could hear the wind ripping and cars pretty well. Had to drown out noise with sound machine at night. Other than that it was a good night stay. "

"Expedia really should do something about this place, or at minumum should not be listing it. It's turned into a long stay residence for well seems like vagrants. It smells, it's dirty. Just stay away"
