"The location is excellent. The amenities (Tesla superchargers, pools, ocean view rooms) are great. However, the restroom is painfully small, even the bathroom door barely opens. The beachfront bar is extremely short staffed. The coconut water is wonderful. They don’t have enough towels and cannot replace them during a room service."

"Room was excellent and very well appointed. Loved being on the 3rd floor. Room had everything we could ask for. Security at Sapphire is ridiculous. They are power-hungry wanna-be cops. They exist to threaten guests and suck all the fun out of the stay."

"this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay."
