"It was a family trip to include our dog. The hotel was clean, great location and had beach access. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was a full breakfast but a little crowded. Would recommend staying. Only complaint from family was beach access was a little far but doable."

"There were a few issues with the rental #304. The refrigerator was not working. We managed by, but frankly it is unacceptable. The housekeeper should had noticed and reported to get it fixed. The door lock is close to break as well. Sometimes locks, sometimes not. And the shower door handle was missing. If I knew, I would had brought 6 wine glasses from IKEA, and left it there as a gift. I know, things get broken, but glasses are cheap… Generally, for the price we paid it was an Ok deal (apart from the broken refrigerator)."

"Room was excellent and very well appointed. Loved being on the 3rd floor. Room had everything we could ask for. Security at Sapphire is ridiculous. They are power-hungry wanna-be cops. They exist to threaten guests and suck all the fun out of the stay."
