“no parking area was assigned for my rental, room floors could be cleaner, better. laundry was fine, except the bedding which never was replaced ”

“Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. ”

“Good location in quiet area within short walking distance of beaches. Relaxing and upscale decor with tasteful touches throughout. Comprehensive buffet breakfast in lovely dining room. Our suite was well appointed with private garden patio area; no bedside lamps available and precarious and dangerous small step down from room to patio. Staff interactions were what you’d expect from an hotel at this level - very good.”

“Portugal is stunning. The food at the hotel is excellent, especially the desserts. The pool was closed during my stay, only the spa was available. The welcome drink isn’t suitable for non-alcohol drinkers. Unfortunately, a housekeeper stole a necklace from my room. The music at the reception is repetitive and could use more variety. The interiors are gorgeous. ”
