“The rooms are very spacious n comfortable. Breakfast is offered at a beautiful restaurant near by. The front desk people were very helpful w suggestion, they even coordinated the day trips. The air conditioner unit was a must, helped to sleep well at night.”

Unfortunately, our experience at Tropical Suites in Colón Island, Bocas del Toro, was not a good one. From the moment we arrived, we noticed that the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, which immediately affected our first impression.
Once we entered our room, things did not improve. The room was visibly unclean, with a significant amount of dust around the bedboard and long hairs in the bathroom and even on the towels. The hairdryer was broken...
