Fuimos por una noche sin embargo lo único que no nos gusto, fue la atención de la recepcionista que estaba en turno, nada servicial ni cordial, no nos asesoró en nada, al contrario, nosotros tuvimos que realizar las preguntas para saber un poco más del hotel, en cuánto a la habitación, estuvo bien para el precio!

Pésimo servicio y actitud

El internet nunca funcionó. El trato del personal fue descortés, ,el baño tiraba todo el tiempo agua, y pasadas las 12 hrs, te cobraban por minuto si te quedabas más tiempo.

El hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad/precio. Tiene una excelente ubicación. Está situado justo enfrente de la plaza principal, ahí encontrarás la mayor parte de restaurantes, bares y tiendas del pueblo. Se encuentra a 2 cuadras de la playa. Las habitaciones y los baños son bastante amplios, sin embargo, el aire acondicionado no es muy bueno.

Me gustó que estaba céntrico y que estaba muy cerca de la playa, la gabitacion eztaba funcional, el colchon no fue lo mas bueno ni tampoco el peor, lo mismo de las almohadas, no tenia plancha, ni telefono ni televisor, que a lo mejor no lo ocupamos tanto. No me gustó que el Bar estaba abajo, y hasta la madrugada se escuchaba la música, en general bien a secas...

Me gusto que esta bien ubicado, limpieza y sencillo. Lo que no me gusto es que si quieres salir después del la hora de chek-out te hacen un cargo de $100 pesos por hora. No hay restaurante para desayunar. El deposito de inodoro tenia fuga de agua. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, falto velo cubre mosquitos. No hay botones para subir el equipaje. El precio esta alto

No ponen atención a las notas.

Muy bien, habitación con lo necesario y espaciosa. Desafortunadamente en mi reserva coloque notas que uno de mis acompañantes tenía dificultad de movilidad y no obtante que no hicieron caso me mandaron al último piso (segunda planta), la chica de recepción mencionó que de haber llegado antes si me ubieran asignado en primer planta. De ahí en más, buena atención y limpieza .

Justo en la plaza principal de Holbox por lo que todos los establecimientos quedan a la mano. Muy buena atención y las instalaciones de acuerdo a lo descrito. El agua caliente y el servicio de wifi puede mejorar sin embargo es funcional. Muy buena opción de acuerdo al costo/beneficio.

L'emplacement était super. Le personnel aussi. Par contre,la climatisation faisait du goutte à goutte sur notre tête.(placée au dessus du lit,condensation!) Heureusement qu'il y avait un ventilateur au plafond pour faire circuler l'air. Le Wi-Fi inexistant car trop éloignés de leur borne je pense... En dehors de cela, tout etait à proximité, un régal!

Helt ok standard

Hoteller hadde en fin beliggenhet og det var rent. Men vi fikk ingen nye håndkler eller nytt sengetøy på de seks dagene vk bodde der. Ingen av de ansatte snakket engelsk, men gjorde sitt beste for å hjelpe oss alikevel. Ingen varmt vann og heller ingen Internett på rommet slik de reklamert om!

Little Gem in Holbox

Great location centrally located near restaurants and blocks from the beach. Difficult to find check in as it was in the restaurant Olivers below the actual rooms. Staff wasn't fully bilingual so be prepared and patient.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la comodidad de la habitación en general es buena, solo tuvimos problemas con la tv que no pudimos utilizar porque no había cable, pedimos control para ver televisión abierta y no tenían baterías, el abanico no lo pudimos prender porque no tenía cordón ni control remoto; de nuestra habitación se escuchaban todos los ruidos de los alrededores, tanto de la habitación de arriba como del patio, cualquier movimiento se escuchaba. Y, creo que la atención al cliente por parte de recepción podría mejorar.
