"The hot tub was clean and hot, it was just too many kids in the hot hot tub "

"Staff was great and breakfast options were nice as well, the only complaint I have is the noise level, we were not able to sleep as a result of a couple screaming and arguing, I could not tell if they were in the room next to us or above us so I could not call front desk to notify them. Oher than that our stay was fine and I know this is not something that the staff has control of"

"The menu for breakfast was good, but could of had eggs or some sort of protein. The beds and shower was really nice in the room. The room was very clean as well! The hot tub was very nice as well and very warm."

"Everything was fine other than staying 4 nights and 5 days with absolutely no room service. We took out our own trash because nobody was coming to take it out, we had to go up to the front office to ask for toilet paper. Our room wasn’t cleaned once during our stay"

"You check in at one desk get your parking pass at another. At the 2nd desk they are pushing a time share presentation. Aggressively. Then only 1 car is allowed, even though there is room for 2 cars. We had to run up to the overflow lot several times to get the 2nd car for our group to travel together."
