비교적 괜찮은 편이었습니다.
비교적 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 조식은 예약시 호텔비에 포함되어 있지 않았는데 무료로 제공되었습니다. 조금 부실하기는 했지만요. 하우스키핑 서비스는 코로나로 인해 제공되지 않았습니다. 타올을 프론트에서 직접 가져와야 했고, 2일 이상 숙박하는 경우, 쓰레기를 직접 버려야 하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 옐로스톤 국립공원과는 조금 멀리 떨어져 있ㅅㅂ니다.

사실 사진만 보고 기대하지 않았어요. 사진에서는 실내가 어둡고 오래된듯한 느낌이였어요. 그런데 가보니 시설도 깨끗하고 밝은 느낌 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 청결하고 주변 환경도 최고였어요. 줄수있다면 별 10개주고 싶어요.

New hotel with comfortable services
The hotel was great! They just built the building, so everything is new. I can smell the new building. They upgraded my room to suite, so I had a hot tub in my room. It was great too! I love it

The building and rooms were beautiful. Everything was clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Loved staying there. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to this area. Sawtelle Resort was a very cute rustic place to stay. The whole resort was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, very clean and spacious. Everything was new or well taken care of. Nothing looked rundown or old at all. Would nightly recommend this place!

We stayed here to visit Yellowstone and was about a 25 minute drive to the West Entrance. It was nice to be away from the "crowd". Very clean and rooms were very nice.

Everything was good except the handicap shower water did not stay in the shower it ran two feet distance out from shower which was annoying as we had to line several bath towels on the floor to contain it. I spent time getting it set with rolled towels etc and then the maid picked them all up and I had to do it all over for the second night.

Comfortable and Clean
Quiet, clean, and comfortable. I have no complaints, but I can’t think of anything outstanding either. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. There was plenty of seating and a nice array of food and beverages. We didn't take advantage of the pool or workout facilities. I will stay here in the future.

Adorable property. Very uninhabited in mid September but it’s a great facility. Indoor pool with volleyball net and hot tub. On site restaurant (closed Tues and Wed). We were happy to use the coin laundry on our floor. Large rooms. Free breakfast. Happy!

Nice large room with a great bed & pillows. Nice quiet location away from the noise of West Yellowstone. Good breakfast too.

Loved the theme of this lodge, Montana style and decor. The room was large which was a surprise. Overall a very nice place to stay. My only suggestion would be to have more “ healthy” choices for breakfast. Although the fact that breakfast was free was a bonus!!

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück war sehr eintönig, aber wir satt geworden. Wir buchten das Hotel für unseren Besuch im Yellowstone Nationalpark. Fahrt bis dahin dauerte ca. 25 Minuten. Möglichkeiten zu Essen gibt es in der näheren Umgebung nicht wirklich. Das einzige Restaurant nebenan hatte erst ab Donnerstag geöffnet.

I have stayed at a number of resorts and this one, by far, is the nicest place I have stayed. The staff took good care of us and even treated us like family and bent over backwards to take care of our needs. The only thing that I can think of that woud help improve the experience would be to purchase a 2nd pan cake machine or an alternate waffle machine. The pancakes were delicious but with only 1 machine, sometimes the breakfast wait was a bit lengthy. This would be my only comment.
