“Staff were very helpful and accommodating. My initial room , I felt, had very poor ventilation. The ‘window’, with frosted glass, did not open and appeared to be connected to an inside corridor within the building. The bathroom extractor fan was either whisper quiet or did not function. As such, the room was very stuffy and stale smelling. I was very tired upon arrival and elected to seek help the following morning. Before retiring I saw that Expedia were asking for an opinion of my check in...
