Liked: Communication
We did not get to stay here, they called the day before our flight and told us the HVAC unit was broken and could not be fixed prior to or during our stay. They offered us a choice of three other places to stay in another location. Or portable A/C units that would block off all access to the balcony. They did give us a refund of 650.00 for the downgrade tho. The alternate condo was nice, but the location was loud and crowded.
