A good hotel in a central yet peaceful location. Metro and bus connections are just a 4-minute walk away. The breakfast deserves special mention for its great variety and quality. I loved staying at this hotel, one of the best hotels in Istanbul. I came here after staying at a different place that wasn’t clean and seemed unsafe I’m so glad I transferred here. The staff are very helpful and amazing especially Giġdem she made sure my kids and I were happy and had everything we need. I will definitely book here every time I come Istanbul!!

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Soap stains on sink surround remained there for the duration of the stay.Only one tea bag for two people had to ask for more on 2nd night of stay. Still did not give any milk for the gave up at that point. Cooked breakfast items were cold limited choice for 22euros per person

I had an accident during the trip and the hotel manager was amazing, he arranged everything (ambulance, hospital, translated..), the entire staff was always there to help, they really made the difference!
