Overall would not return to the property but did have a relatively pleasant stay PROS: - Great proximity to Karakoy, Galata and Taksim! - Room was clean, bathroom is modern and spacious. Housekeeping is great! - Front desk staff is great - AC worked well - Good value CONS: - The immediate area next to the hotel is residential and can feel a bit dirty (ie there was a dead rat around the corner one morning), you’re also in proximity to a mosque and can hear the Adhan broadcast - Wifi is an open network and very slow - There was no hand soap provided so we had to buy a bar which is more of an inconvenience than anything - The entrance to the hotel building is not locked. We were on an upper floor so still felt secure but on a ground floor room I would not have been comfortable

Otel genel olarak yeni ve güzeldi. Oda temizdi. Yatak biraz konforsuzdu ayrıca yerini bulmakta zorlandık. Tabela olmaması kötü. Otelin önünde mahalleliye sormamıza rağmen kimse bilmiyordu.

Otelin konumu çok iyi.karaköy sahile Galataporta tramvaya çok yakın. Hemen yanında market var. Oda biraz küçük ama idare eder. 2. Gün temizlik istedik nevresim takımı ve havlular değişmişti ama çöp kutuları boşaltılmamıştı.gece gürültü yok rahatlıkla uyuduk. Bir sorun olursa personel hemen yardımcı oluyor. F/P oteli tavsiye ederim

Top Lage, nettes Personal, kleinere Mängel

Wir haben 7 Nächte als Paar in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, allerdings gab es ein paar Punkte, die verbesserungswürdig sind. In unserem Zimmer roch der Abfluss leider stark, was den Komfort etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Außerdem merkt man, dass das Hotel noch relativ neu ist – einige Zimmer, so auch unseres, wirkten noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt.
