The staff were extra nice and held our luggage for 2 days without the extra cost when we went to Cappadocia and kept it safe. They have laundry service as well and it was ready the next morning. The lady who cleans the room is very sweet as well. The rooms may need some maintenance but it worked for us and had a pleasant experience.

the hotel has a great location and friendly staff. It gives good value for the price. My bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water for my shower. I will stay here again

Very bad hotel

I stay in this hotel 4 nights and they clean the room one time only. They have very bad attitude with us and with my kids. They want us to pay more money than showing in reservation. We have very bad stay in that hotel. I dont recommend it for any family.

They asked for more money

My experience there was awful. The time we reach to hotel they ask for more money not the same as booking . The breakfast was not good and enough. No tea and coffee in the room . Very bad experience

- EXTRA ACCOMODATION FEE SCAM (1 NIGHT STAY EQUIVALENT). - CONSTANT NOISE (EVEN AT NIGHT). - CHEAP BREAKFAST. - DIRTY STAINED BEDS & SHEETS. - NIGHT CLUB RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Expedia advertised me this and I cancelled my original booking. The beds and shirts are dirty with stains, the lobby super noisy even night time. I could not sleep. Lobby has TV that worked all night loud. The breakfast is pathetic no choice whatsoever. Besides after I paid for entire booking hotel hotel staff wanted to pay me extra 'accomodation' fee and they accomodated us at 1st floor aith view to some basement trash. Avoid stress and do not stay here.

I would never come back here again. The man at reception tried to overcharge by double and demanded cash only, even thought it says VISA on their website. I only had some cash, so he said I had to give it all or find something else (at midnight). When I tried to deal with it through Expedia the next day, reception would not give my original money back and charged the rest on VISA (all of the sudden the machine works!!!!). They gave me a smaller room with 1 bed and I had booked 2. One of the reception men yelled at me the next day because Expedia kept calling. Then, when an Expedia rep would call, he would pretend the phone had problems by hitting the desk with it and hanging up. There is a sign on the front of the hotel that says its rated10 -Exceptional. What a joke! The breakfast was a dismal plate of veggies/cheese that was pre-packaged and covered in saran wrap. There are way more places out there for a better experience.

When we checked in, we are were asked €25.00 government tax to pay when you stay in Istanbul . After long argument when I asked I need to picture of the document. He didn’t allow me to take picture and finally he said don’t pay. Room looked totally different from what it looked like on the picture. Ripped duvets with red stained. AC broken and shower broken. Not enough toiletries. When we asked to change to duvet, he was very upset and told us there is no problem why problem, but after arguing they changed, towels were not clean and no water bottles like in pictures, we only had room service 2 times as opposed to everyday, the breakfast was horrific and nothing like what they advertised, there were flies in the dining area but you cannot complain as if you do they shout and are very rude, last day when we checked out, they stopped us at the entrance and demanded the fake government tax, then the owner of the hotel started shouting and claimed we didn’t even pay to stay at the hotel and were living for free, how is that possible and we even showed him the paid receipt, he harassed us and we called the police, they had to sort it out and in the end no payment was due and we even paid extra for the hotel, they then claimed we stole items to try and make money off us, I suggest you never go to the hotel

The room was very small. I asked for a non smoking room and got one that was smelling of smoke. The attitudes were one of that they are doing me a favor, which is something i despise. On the first day i got called downstairs and was told that i should pay 25 euro. I argued that all my accommodation charges were already paid when i booked and i showed that i owe nothing. The guy was stoll adamant that i should pay, so i stated that he gives me a full refund and i will stay elsewhere. End of discussion after that. To top it all on the last evening i left my entry card at another place. Got charged to get a new card. Then i remembered where i left it and went first thing in the morning to get it back. Came back to give the card and requested my refund. Got told very rudely that there was an order for a new card. I said then the card belongs to me. Got told no... so, its just a con to steal more money. Pity, as that event really spoiled my stay in Istanbul. In my honest opinion they just wanted to steal money from me... pathetic. Left a very bad taste. I will go back to istanbul but definitely not this hotel.... even if they let me stay for free.

Funcionarios e proprietario muito simparicos. Cafe da manha deixou muito a desejar. Limpeza dos quartos tambem precisa melhorar. As toalhas e lencois ou sao jogadas penas escadas ou num canto de elevador sem ao menos ter um recipiente para coloca-los. Papel higienico e toalhas você precisa ficar pedindo, alem de quererem lhe cobrar uma taxa de U$ 30 por apartamento,

El personal muy simpático. El desayuno era muuuy pobre. Estuve 5 días y aveces ni hemos desayunado. La limpieza no la han hecho ningún dia. Las sábanas estaban rotas. La cama era muy comoda. La habitación es tal cual sale en la foto. El wifi muy bueno. El alojamiento estaba muuuy cerca de la avenida istiklal y plaza taksim. Se podía ir andando a muchos sitios ( torre galata, puente de los pescadores, eminunu....). Es escuchaba un poco la música de las discotecas que hay por la zona.

Très bon hôtel on a aimé l’accueil les gens sympathiques à l’écoute très serviable et souriant. Les chambres sont très belles et très propre excellent emplacement. j’ais reste 7 nuit avec ma famille chambre 101 et 102 Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Nuits catastrophiques

Chambre minuscule, mur en carton j’ai passé ma dernière nuit à écouter les ébats des voisins. Une salle de bain où on se douche sur les wc, oui oui sur les wc aucune distinction entre ces deux espaces. Le linge n’était pas très propore et enfin le lit inconfortable. A noté également que le support de la douchette tenait sur une vis. Enfin dernier point j’ai réservé deux nuits à 100 euros et l’aimable personne qui m’a reçu a entré l’équivalent d’environ 110 euros en monnaie turque (venant d’arriver je n’avais pas fait le change pour voir si cela était correcte)
