The rooms are outdated but the view is amazing. We loved to look at the Marmaris sea. The dining options are amazing. The pool is also great. Staff was polite and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us.

The hotel is a well kept upscale property reasonably priced with many amenities. It is located near the a marina, access to the subway and local shops and restaurants. Access to popular sites (Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia…) can be accessed within 30 minutes via subway.

Shareton diye kaldık ancak beğenmedik

Otel çok eskiydı odanın mobilyaları halısı eski ve kirli görünüyordu. Lambader kırıktı dik durması için sehpaya dayamak zorunda kaldık. Tek güzel yanı manzarası. Havuzunu kullandım. Havuzu sıcak ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı kullandığım restaurant oldukça şık ve temizdi. Çok fazla çeşit yoktu ama kahvaltı güzeldi. Otel misafiri olarak 400 tl vale ücreti alınması da çok hoş değil.

Comfortable rooms - huge reception hall. Lights switches labelled for each area of the room along with a master switch. MAKE UP - room indicator for the room to be serviced was a really good idea. The request for 500 Euro on check in as a deposit was a surprise and unusual from other countries. Huge selection at breakfast along with a dedicated egg station manned by the Chef. Good quiet air con. On our last night there was one ceiling light that would not switch off despite our various attempts.

Otele giriş karşılama gayet iyiydi, odamızda teknik sorun vardı, kapı kilidi sorunlu, klima arızalıydı, 3 bildirim ile sorun çözülmeye çalışıldı, olmayınca muhteşem ötesi bir suit odaya transfer edildik.Resepsiyon görevlileri son derece çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar.Otel eski konseptli ama yiyecekler mutfak, iyiydi.Temizlik iyi, ulaşım kolaydı. Teşekkür ederiz . Gıda mühendisliğinde öğretim görevlisiyim, bakanlık danışman hocasıyım, benim için yatak, oda zemini temizliği, yiyeceklerin tazeliği önceliktir.

Terrible , don’t ever try to stay at this location. plus its not clean they dont clean untill you asked them and they just make your bed , and put two towels , dirty carpets , i got cheated for 160$ they might tell you for club room laundry is free and at the end they will charge you. They lied me and changed a room that I requested before and gave me a terrible room with very poor service, air condition doesn’t work properly . Rooms stink. So in General for someone who spent 2000 dollars for 5 days i will strongly advise you not to take this hotel at all. They told me take a club room and the laundry is free for club rooms and during checkout they told me 160 $ for laundary. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Staff Went Back on Their Word

Although the staff initially said they would assist with an early check-out by one day, they later refused my request and charged the full amount. I expected the hotel to be more understanding and to honor their word.

Great view

The room was small for 3 people but beautiful with a great view. Was not impressed with manager offering a suite on the first floor with no view as an alternative without being asked and it was unacceptable. Then I was charged twice for the room.

Terrible experience

During our first visit, we had to sleep on a rusty and dirty surface due to the change of direction of our pillow at night, and despite reporting the situation in the lobby, no response was received. The photo of the relevant pillow is attached. During our last stay, as soon as we checked in late, we encountered unacceptable cleaning deficiencies such as sticky marks in the room, dried urine marks in the toilet and used cigarette butts in the shower. Although these issues were reported to you, only temporary and inadequate cleaning was provided and the problems were not completely resolved. As a result, my girlfriend avoided using the toilet, it was not possible to move comfortably in the room without shoes and we could not benefit from your shower. (The butt was not taken despite the cleaning lady taking a photo of it) Considering that we stayed in a good room in a 5-star hotel, we cannot accept this decrease in standards. Accordingly, I request a refund for our accommodation.
