The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided amazing service with a smile. We had a great first visit to Brazil thanks to the staff."
