Hotel muito bom para famílias

O apartamento com dois quartos funciona muito bem para uma família com quatro pessoas, bastante espaçoso. O espaço do hotel é bastante agradável. Rápido deslocamento para Camboriú ou Beto Carrero. A praia não é própria para o uso de crianças, recomendo usar outras praias próximas se for este o seu objetivo.

Um grande equívoco

Bem, nossa estadia se deveu a uma parada na viajem de carro até o RS. As instalações são simpáticas, mas a higiene e assepsia por conta do corona virus é lamentavelmente descuidade. Funcionarios entram nos quartos sem luvas e com sapatos, os travesseiros e toalhas não estavam lacrados - apenas os controles de ar condicionado e tv. Somos 3a idade, solicitamos quarto com duas camas e nos deram um no terceiro andar - dois lances de escadas e cama de casal. E o pior é que o café se inicia somente as 8 e nós precisávamos sair as 7. Não houve nenhum esforço por deixar um café semi-pronto (o restaurante estava funcionando quando chegamos). Na propaganda não tinha nenhuma referência à necessidade de subir escadas nem quanto ao horário de funcionamento do café da manhã. Considerando o preço da hospedagem, seria de esperar um profissionalismo maior e algum esforço por nos atender com relação ao café da manhã, como de praxe em muitos hotéis. Na verdade não é um hotel, mas uma pousada e com atendimento muito amador. Não por culpa dos funcionários, bem atenciosos. Mas a falta de gerência é gritante. Não recomendo especialmente para quem, como nós, precisar de uma parada rápida em meio a viagem. E o quarto também é muito comum, espartano apesar de espaçoso. Gosto prá lá de duvidoso. Só salvou o banho, muito bom. Em resumo, uma experiência frustrante, especialmente se considerarmos o preço de mais de R $ 1.000,00!

Excelente estadia. Uma boa opção para quem quer descansar, mas ao mesmo tempo gosta das opções que uma cidade turística pode oferecer (do lado de Balneário Camboriú via interpraias ou BR101). O hotel é bem decorado e tudo muito bem cuidado. Pessoal do local muito atencioso e educado. Me hospedei durante período de restrições da Covid-19 e estavam seguindo TODOS protocolos, me senti seguro. Infelizmente, alguns hóspedes não estavam seguindo as recomendações na área da piscina o que me fez optar por ficar sempre na área da praia (que estava excelente: cadeiras confortáveis e atendimento impecável). Os valores de estadia, bebidas e comidas estão na faixa de preços de um local que se posiciona em oferecer conforto e ambiente diferenciado. Café da manhã atende a expectativa com frutas frescas, pães, bolos e bebidas quentes (tudo de excelente qualidade). Voltarei.

Quero voltar e logo. Recomendo sem hesitar. A praia em frente ao hotel não é indicada para crianças. Mas há uma parte onde o banho de mar é seguro e delicioso, saindo à esquerda na praia numa caminhada curta.

Minha estadia foi muito agradável porque o lugar tem natureza exuberante. A pousada tem funcionários bem treinados e motivados a fazer o melhor por você! O restaurante é muito bom, com um garçom bastante experiente, pois falou com muita propriedade dos pratos e vinhos. A sobremesa estava deliciosa!!!! Os preços são de médios para altos. A música ambiente estava agradabilíssima! O único ponto ruim foi ter piscina sem aquecimento e poucas hidros também quase sem aquecimento. O café da manhã, apesar de ter poucos itens, eram de qualidade. O misto quente estava muito bom!

O hotel é super bem decorado e lindo! Localização excelente para quem quer tranquilidade. Pé na praia! O restaurante é muito bom. Fomos em julho, época de frio, o que não nos permitiu aproveitar a piscina e praia, mas tudo é super bem cuidado. O quarto é ótimo, bem confortável. Banheiro bem limpo e novo. Os profissionais foram super atenciosos e disponiveis.

Hotel gastronômico

Quartos limpos e hotel em bom estado de conservação. Os funcionários, com raras exceções, são muito cordiais e prestativos. Serviço de praia ágil. Restaurante com Chef padrão internacional. Aliás, o restaurante é excepcional, com ambiente aconchegante, pratos muito bem elaborados, garçons e sommelier atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito bom. A diária não é barata, mas na minha opinião, valeu a pena!
