Estrutura Precária

Chegamos cansados de viagem e fomos colocados no pior apartamento do hotel. O apartamento possuía uma escada caracol de difícil descida e subida, ainda mais por estarmos com malas. Além disso, tinha um mau cheiro causado pela falta de ventilação e, para piorar, encontramos uma barata. O hotel nos mudou de apartamento, o que é o mínimo que deveria ser feito, mas nada além disso. Tivemos que aguardar até o outro dia, quase 11 horas da manhã, para liberarem outro quarto. O hotel está muito mal conservado, precisando de pintura. As tomadas são antigas, as portas estão inchadas e os objetos de metal enferrujados. As fotos que postei falam por si só. Só há TV na sala; no quarto, não possui. No quarto tem ar-condicionado, mas na sala, não. Sentimos falta de itens na cozinha, como cafeteira – praticamente não tem nada. O café da manhã é básico, mas não verifiquei nada sujo, como em outros relatos. Os pontos positivos são a localização do hotel, a área verde ao redor e a vista do café e de outros pontos. Os funcionários foram simpáticos, mas isso não é suficiente pelo preço cobrado. As fotos nos anúncios não condizem com a realidade do local. Muito abaixo da expectativa. O valor é alto pelo que é oferecido. Com certeza, um dos piores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Não consigo acreditar como um hotel desses pode ser considerado 3 estrelas. Não recomendo.

A limpeza da e tratamento da água da piscina emé feita uma poucos minutos antes da liberação para banho ,meu filho de 7 anos passou mau após ter tomado banho na piscina,isso teria que ser feito à noite quando ninguém usaria a mesma

Prezados, eu e minha família agradecemos o excelente atendimento de todos vocês. A equipe toda desde a recepção, higienizadores, manutenção... foram todos muitos educados, prestativos e respeitosos. Tivemos uma extraordinária estádia, embora o clima de chuva não tenha colaborado, mas pudemos desfrutar do ambiente com piscina térmica. Todos vocês foram Incríveis. E já foram super recomendados. Aposentos antigos, com necessidade de manutenção, cheiro ruim, pouco cuidado com a higiene e tv não smart. Localização estava como centro, mas tinham poucas opções de comercio e restaurantes na redondeza. Necessidade de carro para deslocamento entre aposentos e recepção / café da manhã. Ideal para familia de ferias no verão.

Pontos positivos: preço razoável, boa localização, estacionamento gratuito e o carro fica perto do quarto, vista linda para o mar no café da manhã, conveniência 24 horas na recepção, bom atendimento Pontos negativos: má conservação dos quartos e espaços de uso comum, limpeza deixa a desejar (apesar do empenho das funcionárias; talvez precisassem de mais gente devido à grande extensão do hotel); falta reposição de itens no café, chegamos dentro do horário e vários pratos tinham acabado.
