The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was at 6:30 which was a bit late for us. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit. Overall the stay was great.

The place has a nonsensical shower design, there's mold everywhere and now I'm hacking up my lungs. I've stayed at worse places but none have ever messed me up like this.

Estacionamento é conveniado, pago à parte, e fica a uns 150m do hotel, sem manobrista. Cozinha do hotel só abre depois das 18:00, e no quarto tinham só 2 copos de água, ou seja, precisa sair para achar água pra comprar. No café da manhã a recepção deixou um mendigo entrar para pedir comida. O chuveiro não esquenta bem, com água mais fria que o confortável para essa época do ano. Em resumo: evite esse hotel!

Café razoável. Internet muito ruim. Em dois dias praticamente não funcionou, não havendo condições de trabalhar. Reclamei para a recepção (outros hóspedes também) e não houve mudança. Também vale ressaltar que em uma das noites (quinta) havia um DJ tocando no lado de fora do bar que dava direto para minha janela, bem como um grupo de pessoas reunidas na praça cantando alto e gritando. Somente consegui dormir com auxílio de remédio.

Feedback sincero

O atendimento é bom, apesar de ter poucos funcionários, eles são atenciosos e estão dispostos em ajudar. Mas as condições físicas do hotel decairam bastante, falta um pouco mais de atenção com a manutenção dos equipamentos, como elevador e ar condicionado dos quartos, sugiro também que utilize algum tipo de vedação nos quartos que ficam perto da praça, já que o som do pub é bem alto e vai até a madrugada, então pra quem quer descansar fica inviável. Além da necessidade de ter seu próprio estacionamento, por que atualmente os hóspedes são obrigados a pagar a mais pelo estacionamento descoberto, terceirizado, separado do hotel, e como não somos informados com antecedência, e no período da estadia choveu muito, foi bastante incômodo ter que ficar carregando malas e sacolas debaixo de chuva, pelas ruas entre o estacionamento e o hotel.
