De forma geral muito bom, cafe da manha muito bom também, unica questão foi sobre a reserva do quarto, reservamos o quarto onde indicava hidromassagem, porém quando chegamos fomos informados que era um erro e o quarto que escolhemos não tinha hidromassagem, e não havia mais quartos com hidro disponível

Pelo valor que foi pago esperavamos mais, nos colocaram em um quarto nos fundos, local péssimo, cheiro de mofo, banheiro muito pequeno até para uma pessoa só usar, conforto zero. Fomos pedir para trocar, pois os quartos da frente pareciam ser bem mais confortáveis, mas disseram que não tinha disponibilidade. O local da pousada fica bem longe do centro da cidade e de locais para alimentação. No restaurante tem poucas opções de lanches e os poucos que tem são bem caros.

Estão precisando de reformas. Colchão é ruim, o ar condicionado é barulhento, a TV tem 3 canais que pegam super mal, o chuveiro é fraco, cobram 10% pra uma água que vc mesmo retira do freezer ao preço de R$ 7,00. Salvam-se o café da manhã que é muito bem servido e a piscina que estava limpa.

Ótima opção, exceto a internet

Viajamos em casal, inicialmente ficamos 8 dias e estendemos a diária por mais 1. O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, falta gente para atender em alguns momentos mas notei que estão com vagas abertas para vários setores. Quarto simples, nada sofisticado, mas dentro do oferecido no anúncio. Piscina e jacuzzi sempre limpas. Café da manhã acima da média e serviço de alimentação com bebidas e lanches. Tem uma area de churrasco e quadra de esporte que não utilizamos. Localização a menos de 100m da praia de Estaleiro, que estava bem tranquila mesmo na semana mais movimentada de Balneário. Únicas ressalvas: TV apenas com canais abertos e qualidade de imagem ruim e principalmente a internet. Apesar de ser uma viagem de férias tive atender alguns clientes online e me obriguei a sair do quarto para conectar, dentro do quarto só o 4G do telefone e as vezes até esse caia por ser uma área afastada.

É aconchegante, tem staff atencioso, limpeza, café da manhã com variedade e produtos frescos, a menos de 100 metros da ótima Praia do Estaleiro e a 250 metros da Rodovia Interpraias, que passa pelas bonitas praias da região. Os quartos são padronizados, com cama de casal, sofá-cama e varanda com rede. Têm ar condicionado, TV e frigobar. O Wifi funciona. Não tem luxo, mas a pousada é muito agradável e tem estacionamento gratuito e piscina. Christian, funcionário da recepção, é nota 10.

Considerando as fortes chuvas das quais ainda ocorrem no estado de SC, nem pudemos aproveitar a pousada, tampouco fazer passeios ou uso do espaço da pousada, foi tentando conversar na recepção a possibilidade de usar os dias já pagos, mas não houve negociação, pois a recepção alegava que o aplicativo não deixava mudar a estadia das diárias reservada. Eu fui no sábado à tarde, voltei no domingo de manhã, me sinto prejudicada, paguei valor total, não fiz uso, e tbm não me forneceram nenhuma alternativas, ainda que está sendo anunciado em qualquer mídia quanto ao evento climático que estamos passando em nosso estado.

Foi boa a estadia, pessoal do atendimento super gentil e disponível, porém a pousada é bem simples e um pouco descuidada principalmente nos quartos e banheiros. Tinha formigas em todo lugar até na cama. Outro ponto ruim ê não ter se quer um prato no cardápio. Tinha algumas porções, mas tudo meio amador.
