“Wifi wasn't working.
Staff not present at all, only on WhatsApp.
Bathroom clean but being shared I would expect it to be deep cleaned (mold/rust stains in the shower).
Building was under renovation (unsecure at the moment) on the lower and top floors.
Room size exceeded expectations, beds comfortable.
Good location, top pizzeria close by and bar right at the door.
Check in instructions easy and detailed over WhatsApp.
Overall good experience considering the price.”
“Very large room (SantaAnna), clean and basic furniture, air con/ heating , window can be open, excellent breakfast, breakfast room and breakfast staff, easy laundry and drying ( on cloth lines the roof) excellent location, close to variety of restaurants, buses and train station. Easy Check-in/check-out.”
