"We really enjoyed staying here. The personnel were very helpful and the place was quiet and peaceful. The room was a spacious, 4-room/section place in a 120-year old cottage style, with modernized bathroom, nicely made in traditional onsen style. Better signage for the breakfast location would have been helpful. "

"大浴場が利用中止、トイレの便座が死ぬほど冷たい、部屋の灯りがめちゃくちゃ暗い、禁煙ルームのはずなのにタバコ臭い、鹿児島県知事が来る地元の宴会が入っているからと危うく駐車場が無くなるところだった。朝食のご飯は食べ放題だったが、冷えてたのはなぜ？"

"建物自体は古く使いづらい点はありましたが配慮が行き届いて良かったです。 窓からの景色も工場の煙や街の灯りがキレイでした。 もし今後変更が可能でしたら室内照明がリモコンタイプで調光可能事と室内のタンスの香料を微香料のものにしていただけると衣類に匂いが移らなくて良いかと思います。(匂いが強くてタンスは使用できませんでした。)"
