"The hotel is located in the Nama Center which is a high traffic high impact shopping district, flashy lights noisy active location. The hotel is entered via the ground floor by taking an elevator to the 3rd floor.
Very surprised that street noise is completely lost.
Checking in is a slow but steady process. Arriving early they have storage lockers available.
Rooms are small and clean but A/C did not seem to change temperature. Room very dry - they provide a humidifier (we didn't use).
Breakfast on 2nd floor (accessed from 3rd via escalator) - busy - give yourself extra time if on timeline. Food decent, staff helpful.
Bonus items of hotel: snack and drink lounge free for guests on 3rd floor near reception; free laundry room - great to clean up clothing as required; smart pack - vacuum seal your clothing - reduce space in suitcases - great if souvenirs purchased along the way."
