"The staff was professional and friendly , the amenities were absolutely perfect, location was easy access for our first time visit to Osaka . Hotel room was an absolutely beautiful, unbelievably clean bed was comfortable, and very quiet. The lounge access was a very nice bonus. If I come back to Osaka without a doubt, this is the hotel. I would stay at again . I highly recommend this hotel . This hotel, checked all of the boxes for perfection"

"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. The location is still considered convenient, with around a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station. However, the station area is extremely large and involves a lot of walking through crowded underground passages and shopping areas. It would have felt much more manageable if there were travellators along the route, those with leg problems or heavy luggage, may find the walking tiring after a long day."
