"Hotel one train stop away from KIX Airport. Great sized room considerably larger than most Japanese Business Hotels. Self Serve Facilities were available for you to store your bag before check in/check out. Room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bed. Air Conditioning easy to use. Small fridge inside room was useful. Breakfast Available for purchase. Lawson convenience store with lots of choice available. The property advertises an airport shuttle. This is limited to morning flight departures. This was the only minuscule slight disappointment during the stay. Staff were helpful with a friendly approach and good command of English. Would be more than happy to stay at this property again."

"Karaksa hotel was very clean, the service was great, and the breakfast had options for every dietary preference. In addition to the core items that were available every day, there were also rotating menu options. Last but not least, the price was reasonable too. It would be better if the employees spoke English more fluently, as it would make communication easier. Also as amenities it has only public bath. It would be great if the hotel includes other amenities like exercise room or Jacuzzi. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if the opportunity arises."

"Well-located with clean rooms that match description. The sento is a lovely touch and the PJs were good too. Staff were very helpful with everything, including luggage transfer. Only slight issue was # of washers / dryers. It's a popular hotel so there would be a bit of queue for these in evenings. There was a way to check if they were available in room which we appreciated, but just something to bear in mind to try and avoid popular times (evenings) if you need a lot of washing done."
