“The hotel was very disappointing. Many of the facilities shown on Expedia were not available at the property. The staff said they were currently under maintenance.
The bedroom did not have a sofa. When I asked for a room with a sofa, I was told that the sofas were very dirty. I also requested an extra pillow, but they gave me a pillow without a pillowcase and provided a sheet to wrap around it.
The room was dark because the lamp did not have a light bulb. I asked for a bulb, but the staff...
