Such a unique stay, we were upgraded from the teepee to the covered wagon for electricity, it also had a heater but we didn’t need - it got chilly but the blankets were warm enough. Had a good dinner with drinks at the onsite restaurant, very convenient! We were up and going too early to grab coffee.

We stayed in a wagon. One step up from camping. Teepees were totally rough camping. Would recommend the wagons instead if you want to camp.

I would like the option of having an outlet in the Teepee's. I use a CPAP/sleep machine and there wasn't power available. Other than that, it was a great experience. We will definitely be back! Want to try a Conestoga Wagon Next time.

The property is a horse ranch, so its dusty and noisy, which we had anticipated. The restaurant on site is very basic, not great and expensive.

The staff was very helpful ! There was an issue with our original booking and they made it right with an actual upgrade ( we had to pay more ) but they gave us a great discount .The place could be so much more .We enjoyed the Western theme but wish it could’ve been more modern ie:the WiFi was impossible we always had to go closer to the office to get it which made it hard to plan your day the night before .

The tipi is what you pay for. Rental rent on gravel. “Cots” were broken and in pieces. Get a camp site.
