You booked with them and that is who your contract is with. They have a policy about refunds and cut off times also. I am sorry that you were misinformed about this. I, as the General Manager do run credit cards usually at noon on the day of arrival because or cancellation is 4pm day before arrival. If it is a sold out event I also run credit cards to give the guest a chance to make the changes necessary before cancelling their stay. Thank you for understanding the policy and procedures.

Jereme, I think that this review is for the wrong hotel. You have written this review for Americas Best Value Inn. We have no grill to eat at. We have no POOL to cool off in. Jon, thanks for bringing these issues to my attention. However, when Nascar is here in town, there tends to be more than usual amount of garbage. We were completely sold out. This also explains the tailgaters and late night folks hanging out. We are a pet friendly property also. I will address the housekeeping issues with my staff.

Michael, I think that the review that you are leaving is unfair. People were hanging out because Nascar was in town and they drink and tailgate. A lot of guest do this all weekend and bbq as well. When you checked in, we advised you that your room wasn't ready yet also. There is no assigned parking so, if someone was parked directly in front of your room, that is not odd. When we are in a sold out weekend, we do run credit cards at noon. We give the guest a chance to give us a working credit card or we cancel the reservation. In regards to the Cadillac that was being fixed, there is nothing wrong with that if someone has a flat tire. I think that you are being unfair and no reasonable with this review.
