This seems to be an old hotel that is trying to stay open. Parking area was dirty and cluttered. I almost didn’t go in. Hotel smells moldy and musty. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was just ok

Upon walking into the hotel the first night, there was dog poop in entry. We arrived in our room it was late and we were tired. We didnt look room over much just needed to lay down. Once we woke up We noticed the stains in the carpet and rusty fixtures in room and restroom. We were there 4 days. We never got clean towel nor room service. We had such a busy schedule I told my daughter lets just tuff it and never book here again. Horrible.

Our bathroom had long hairs all over the bathroom floor and a few in the shower. The bathroom countertops had crusty white stuff all over. I wiped it off with a cloth so it was clear no one had cleaned this room properly in a while. There were crumbs on the edges of the room like it was vacuum in the main areas only. It smelled damp, like a basement. The bed was not comfortable at all. We didn’t sleep much but we did get a hot shower with good water pressure in the morning.

Staff was super nice other then 1 guy not sure if he was the owner or manager of the property but his name was cj I tried talking to him about my deposit and he was a complete duchebag! I never got my deposit back and it still shows on my bank statement as a charge and couldn’t talk to him about it because like I stated previously he just didn’t want to hear it. Other then that it was a decent stay.

Not the best but not the worst either

The customer see was very good. The issues we had were with the look and condition of the hotel room. The fridge was leaking and carpet was wet. There were crumbs on the floor by the bed. There were holes on the wall left by prior pictures. The bathroom floor was dirty and had missing fixtures and the trimming was broken or completely gone. We informed the guest services and were offered a different room but mainly I reported it to avoid the $100 security deposit being kept. The deposit was refunded.

My room wasn't cleaned. Hair in one of the beds, and beds were made without changing the linen. Informed the staff, was given a new room that wasn't cleaned at all. They cleaned the first room, and we stayed in that one. I wasn't offered a comp or discount. Also, someone was smoking cigarettes and it made my room reek of the smell.
